If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of floral arrangements.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
